- A Host to Handle all the Equipment

Reserve Your Seat:
$50.00 reserve is mandatory to hold your seat for our 14' & indoor screen. $200.00 reserve is mandatory to hold our 20'. If you pay your party in full on the day of booking, this does not apply. However, if you cancel or move your date, you will be refunded less the reserve. All Reserves will be taken off the final bill, if the party is held.

Payments:
All payments must be submitted 1 week prior to the party, if paying by check. Cash only day of. 

Additional:
Additional gas surcharge may apply depending on distance from main office.

Unforeseen Weather:
Heavy wind or rain, the show must go on. You will need to provide an indoor area for a special 92” screen- prior to your party set up, or you will lose your reserve. If wind or rain begin during your premier, some allowances will be made.
